At Posteraa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The item has a clear manufacturing issue

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.


2. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Normal wear and tear after use

Please review product details carefully before purchasing.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Share clear photos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund (depending on availability)

We aim to resolve such cases quickly and fairly.


4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval

  • Payment gateway timelines may vary depending on your bank

You will receive a confirmation once your refund is initiated.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided production has not started.

After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order may already be in processing.


6. Replacement Policy

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund when:

  • The item is damaged in transit

  • A wrong item was delivered

  • There is a verified print defect

Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

In most cases involving damaged or incorrect products:

  • Customers are not required to return the item

  • Photo verification is sufficient

If a return shipment is required, we will provide instructions accordingly.


8. Refund Delays

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your card provider

  • Allow additional processing time
