Posteraa offers wall art and décor products, including made-to-order and print-on-demand products.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, sizes, colors, and specifications. However, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting, printing processes, or manufacturing.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated and may change without prior notice.

If a pricing, product, or availability error occurs, Posteraa reserves the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be issued.

3. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

An order confirmation means that we have received your order request. Posteraa reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including:

• Product availability issues

• Pricing or technical errors

• Payment problems

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incorrect or incomplete information

• Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.

4. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided production or processing has not started.

Once production or processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product may already have been prepared specifically for your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to eligible locations in India through our available shipping and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and valid contact information.

Additional shipping or re-shipping charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, customer unavailability, or other reasons attributable to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Because many Posteraa products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, personal preference, incorrect size selection, incorrect product selection, or similar reasons.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers should report eligible issues within the applicable claim period and provide the required photographs, videos, order information, or other evidence.
